Chuma Chukwujama

Founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Graduating in 1996 from Obafemi Awolowo University with a degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chuma founded A.T.D.S Limited that same year. This start-up company focused on IT systems integration, but Chuma soon saw a new potential within the fast developing Nigerian business community.

With the clear vision of harnessing local expertise and utilizing best of breed technology, Chuma worked to develop business software that addressed the specific challenges that many large Nigerian companies were facing in the field of strategic people management.

These developments led to the founding of Allied Soft in 2001 by Chuma and he has since led the company through a number of important corporate milestones to become a leading Nigerian software company with a footprint in a number of African countries.

Possessing a strong philanthropic sense, Chuma has also always been active within his community and enjoys sharing his successes with his people. Chuma currently serves as a minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Duke Obasi

Executive Director and Chief Technical Officer

Duke joined Allied Soft in 2001 following his graduation in 1999 from Abia State University. As a software architect and project manager with over 15 years experience in the technology industry, he currently leads the delivery of technology solutions and services for Allied Soft’s clients.

Before joining Allied Soft, Duke gained considerable consulting experience within the technology industry through various software firms both in Nigeria and at the African Virtual University in Francophone Africa.

As part of the Xceed™ development team, he provides project management and software architecture guidance.

Under his leadership as CTO, Allied Soft has successfully certified its solutions, created a world-class development environment and implemented the Microsoft Solutions Framework for Agile Software Development.

Also committed to community growth and development, Duke is a member of the Grace Foundation. This non-profit organisation works to alleviate poverty and helps young people develop the skills necessary to reach their full potential.

Afolabi Olubakinde

Head, Finance and Administration

Afolabi  joined Allied Soft as an accountant in 2001, and has risen to become head of finance and administration He holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Technology in Owerri. Afolabi also holds a higher diploma in Accounting from the Ondo State Polytechnic and holds a Masters in Business Administration with bias in Financial Management.

A Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience, Afolabi has worked within a number of industries and large multinational corporations during his career. Through his guidance, Allied Soft has successfully restructured its operations for future expansion and maximizes profitability through the interplay of financial and administrative functions.
